Executive, IT Support






:




Day to day business support of on premise or cloud network infrastructure, hardware and software Day to day business support on in-house application and end user computing Training and deployment of assigned software Miscellaneous ad-hoc tasks

Job Requirements:




Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science and/or equivalent

Possess strong technical knowledge hardware/software/applications.

Working experience in IT an added advantage

Skills to envisage possible problems, determine and implement solutions. combined with good analysis skills and ability to quickly learn new concepts and systems.

Good communication skills to cooperate with people at different organization levels.

Ability to communicate concepts in elegant, concise, eloquent form to management and to cross-functional departments or teams verbally, in writing, and through pictures or diagrams when appropriate. CCNA//Azure Fundamentals will be an added advantage.
