Answer and manage incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls as required.
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain and update contact lists and records.
Prepare and distribute correspondence such as memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
Develop and maintain an efficient filing and documentation system.
Prepare, process, and monitor invoices and payments.
Ensure smooth operation of office equipment by performing preventive maintenance, arranging repairs, and maintaining equipment inventories.
Manage office supplies inventory - monitor stock levels, place and expedite orders, and verify receipt of items.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning documents.
Assist with basic IT support tasks including installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
Willing to travel for outstation assignments to provide IT support for new shop openings, upgrades, or maintenance activities.
REQUIREMENTS :
Proven administrative or assistant experience.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or Degree in a related field preferred.
