Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Property Development/ Real Estate Management, or a related field.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin to cater to our diverse client base.
At least 1-3 years of working experience, preferably with property developers or reputable real estate agencies.
Experience in leasing commercial office and/or retail space, with familiarity in basic leasing procedures.
Proficient in understanding documents such as tenancy agreements and procedure manuals.
Possesses a pleasant personality with excellent presentation and communication skills.
Tanggungjawab
Manage all leasing functions, including identifying potential tenants, initiating negotiations, and maintaining occupancy rates.
Conduct ongoing market research to stay updated on rental rates, occupancy costs, and competition in the commercial/retail sector.
Provide guidance and support to tenants regarding tenancy and fit-out procedures.
Coordinate and organize event planning meetings across relevant teams, ensuring effective follow-up actions are taken.
