1. Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders and subsidiary companies for any matters related to any transaction on Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Asset and engagement of 3rd party on corporate services to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in order to minimize the legal risk and protect the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s interest. 2. Provide legal advice for any matters or queries referred by the internal departments and Bank\xe2\x80\x99s subsidiary inclusive of Yayasan Bank Rakyat (YBR) for any proposed engagement / corporate activities or acquisition and/or disposal of assets. 3. Develop standard agreement (where necessary) and review legal documentations / agreements in relation to any proposed assets transaction and/or facility management. 4. Develop standard agreement (where necessary) and review legal documentations / agreements in relation to assets and facilities services of the Bank to expediate Bank\xe2\x80\x99s operation. 5. Attending queries / matters to the respective stakeholders for any matters in relation to Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Asset. 6. Provide legal advice for any matter relating to Bank\xe2\x80\x99s activities and/or 3rd party engagement. 7. Provide legal advice for any matters in relation to mandated roles function.
