Job Description

• Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably in property sourcing, leasing, property management, or real estate development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively source for properties and negotiate deals.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a network of industry contacts and relationships.
• Ability to proactively identify and pursue new property sourcing opportunities and drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Find new potential properties (KL City Centre), including undeveloped, vacant, and for-sale properties.
• Conduct regional market research, analyzing market trends, rental rates, and competition.
• Proactively contact property owners, introduce the company\'s rental services and advantages, and seek cooperation opportunities.
• Establish partnerships with real estate agents, developers, property management companies, etc., to obtain more property information.
• Assist superiors in negotiating and signing lease contracts, ensuring the contract terms are in the company\'s best interest.
• Ensure the legality and compliance of lease contracts, and handle related documents and procedures promptly.
• Create high-quality promotional materials to attract potential tenants and property owners.
