Job Description


:

Manage and execute
Non-Executive Technical (NET) learning solutions and competency assessment to develop future ready and competent talent to support PETRONAS Upstream business growth and operational excellence.

1) Program Design & Development

Coordinate and conduct the design and development of technical learning solutions based on PETRONAS Occupational Skill Standard (POSS) and Work Procedures/Instruction.

2) Learning Delivery

Plan, coordinate and deliver learning solutions such as technical training, competency assessment, internal certification program, etc. based on PETRONAS Occupational Skill Standard (POSS) and Work Procedures/Instruction.

3) PECAS Assessment and Verification

Guide, assess and/or verify the performance of technicians and operators as per PETRONAS Competency-based Assessment System (PECAS) Assessment & Implementation Guidelines.

4) Competency Development Monitoring & Effectiveness

Perform and track learning progress of each NET staff under the designated group as well as propose appropriate action to address competency gaps. Competency development inclusive of learning solutions, PECAS, certifications, etc.
