Job Description


Job summary:

  • Responsible for SADC KPI performance reporting and measurement analysis with various stakeholders, including the business unit, client, and customer.
  • Responsible for SADC monthly / weekly / ad hoc report extraction from SAP system for data analysis and sharing to related stakeholders.
  • Conduct presentation to the related stakeholders on business review meeting or related avenue.
Initiate improvement proposals based on data and KPI performance evaluation wherever necessary.Job Responsibilities:1. All performance measurement processes:a) Coordinate with SADC team to obtain performance data for analysisb) Generate reports for SADC supply chain performance by defined categoryc) Prepare and publish specific daily, weekly, and monthly management reports and presentations deck.d) Ensure reports generated are accurate and presentable2. Supporting Data Analytics for any process improvement projects3. Liaison with BU, client and customer and other business units if necessary to support required data analysis.4. Establish and maintain collaborative relationship with operation team, BU and business partners in perspective of data sharing.5. Prepare and organize monthly business review for client with follow up promptly on the action items as discussed.6. Handle special projects as assigneda) Perform research activities to identify new solutions for logistical challengesb) Provide recommendation for efficiency improvement wherever applicableJob Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree of Supply Chain, Logistics or other similar field of study.
  • Minimum 2 years and above
  • Computer literate, with the capability to use systems for information access and report functions.
  • Experienced in MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Planning and implementation skills with emphasis on operational requirements and reductions of known bottlenecks.
  • Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Compelling presentation skills
  • Possess good communication skills to work with various background stakeholders.
  • Willing to work in SADC Seksyen 26, Shah Alam
