Job Description
Job Purpose
- To be based in Pagoh - Johor
- Coordinate and ensure that the contractors / sub-contractors / suppliers are follow the M & E as per contract / agreement and ensure schedules are met and smooth implementation of projects.
- To provide input to any issues related to maintenance of the M & E services.
- To lead the maintenance of M & E assets installed by work contractors.
- To establish routine maintenance program for inspections and periodic maintenance of the M & E assets.
- To administer all M & E works related activities within the asset management scope.
- To maintain installed system (hardware and software) within PEH, according to CA requirements.
- To close coordination in term of M & E with Project Team, Consultants, Contractors / Sub - Contractors / Supplier and the authorities.

Impact / Accountability
- Smooth implementation process and a good inter - relationship with JV Partner for Pagoh Education HUB (PEH).
- Ensuring all individual KPI\'s are achieved in order to contribute of departmental KPI.
Degree / Bachelor in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering or any technical degree related to property development.
Professional Experience
Registration with Professional Institution such as PMP, MISM, IEM, PAM & etc. as added advantage.
