JOB PURPOSE:

Manage plant maintenance program & manpower distribution.
Review and carry out feasibility study to increase plant equipment efficiency, productivity, reliability & cost innovative.
Achieve target set by management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage plant maintenance program & spare parts inventory.
Modify, troubleshoot & repair breakdown of plant equipment and analyst maintenance breakdown root cause and prevention.
Review & carry out feasibility studies to increase plant equipment efficiency, productivity, reliability & cost innovative.
To ensure machineries & equipment operate safely.
Monitoring & provide necessary training & guidance to all staff to ensure the employee skill are developed and competent to work.
Maintain supply of spare parts and common tools thru monitor & record spare parts stock level, Raise PR & Capex, cost control.
5S & housekeeping.
Work & Manpower planning.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related disciplines.
Computer literacy.
Possess experience in industrial training or working experience in any related field will be added advantage.
Able to communicate fluent & writing in English & Bahasa Melayu.
Willing to work at heavy industry environment.
