Support the healthcare network team on the management and handling of medical providers
Conduct due diligence, authentication and visit audit of medical providers
Liaise with medical providers on our panel requirements
Obtain profile and updates of all medical providers
Perform and complete recruitment, suspension, termination and maintenance of quality medical providers
Conduct workflow and system training to medical providers
Support health talks/ events for clients including selection/ recommendation of medical providers
Handle and manage feedbacks related to medical providers
Communicate with medical providers on our Company's updates of workflow etc
To perform other duties as instructed by the Management
