  • To analyze & monitor customer sentiments through various channels/platforms
  • To ensure outlets are in compliance with Company CS standards & direction
  • To assist in the coordination/review of the implementation of customer service quality improvement activities
  • Perform any other ad-hoc assignments required by management from time to time or as and when required
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years
  • Must have valid driving license & able to travel
  • Skills/competencies: Microsoft Suite, Detail oriented, time management, data gathering & analysis
Job Type: Permanent Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:

  • Jalan Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
