What you'll do:

  • Maintain smooth daily operation of the office, handling general office administrative duties
  • Coordinate Executies's travel itineraries, flights, hotel accommodation, rental car, visa application, and other travel needs.
  • Manage office supplies such as stationery order and pantry replenishment
  • Assist in a variety of HR needs, including onboarding & offboarding process, benefits administrations, performance review process etc
Handle expense reimbursement and local transportation for client meetings; arrange/coordinate meals when needed

Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners

Provide coverage for mailing and other ad-hoc administrative support duties as required

Who you are:

1-3 years of relevant experience in business administration and operations

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field experience preferred

Proficient in oral and written English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates with proficiency in Korean and Chinese will be an advantage added

Experience with international travel arrangements and personal assistant is a plus

Detail oriented mindset with strong time management and organizational skills

Excellent communication and problem solving skills, enjoy wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment

Good judgement, empathy and trustworthiness

A good team player, self-driven and passionate about the work!
