Job Description


1. Provide general administrative and operational support to the Executive and/or Manager. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. 2. Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member. Meet and greet clients and visitors. 3.Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office. 4. Perform general clerical duties: photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing and any other duties assigned. 5. Coordinate, schedule and maintain records for mechanic outstation records, claims, spare parts control. To issue and check claim reports for mechanics and billings to customers. 6. Act as Support staff in assigned project based work. 7. Any other duties as deemed fit by the Management. 8. Any other ad-hoc duties when assigned and involving SCS GROUP. Education:
  • STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Office Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
