Communicate with housekeeping department Maintains cashier float money Ensure money in cashier is tally and accurate with the cashier shift report Handling and checking email To deal efficiently and politely with all telephone, email, internet and \xe2\x80\x9cin person inquiries\xe2\x80\x9d To know the selling status, rate and benefits of all packages and plans. To know the credit policy of each hotel and how to code each reservation.
