  • Responsible for all communication in-going and out-going.
  • Handle in-house paging system.
  • Courteously receive and properly route incoming call.
  • Ensure proper functioning of telephone equipment at all times and implement correct telephone operating procedure.
  • Assist guest as when necessary.
  • Take down and relay message.
  • Project a good image of the Hotel by establishing a good communication through the telephone conversation.
  • Assists in pre-registration and blocking of rooms for reservations.
  • Understands room status and room status tracking.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month Benefits:

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Front Office Assistant / Operator Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
  • English (Preferred)
