:
Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience and possess solid knowledge in financial accounting and reporting processes. Assist the Functional team in working with GF users to understand and clearly define the GF requirements, facilitate the evaluation, implementation and support of FTP system and/or 1Finance MIS Database, keeping in line with the GF needs.
1. Assist the facilitation of the implementation and support of the FTP system/ 1Finance MIS Database including master data, query resolution, and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
2. Support the detailed analysis of GF process requirements with process leads and key users, determine the required functionality in terms of design, structure and configuration, scope and estimate, in line with the relevant guidelines and procedures, and translate the IT requirements into an optimum IT solution.
3. Participate in Business requirement workshops and document business requirements.
4. Translate Business requirements into Design document
5. Assist FIS internal team and users to identify gaps, issues, work around solutions and/or enhancement.
6. Support the team in liaising with GF users for troubleshooting including investigating, analysing, and assisting in problem resolution in accordance with agreed SLA.
7. Assist to effectively communicate and translate technical concepts to the users.
8. Discover ways to enhance team\'s efficiency and achieve optimisation.
