JLL is looking to hire a senior real estate industry achiever to spearhead primarily our Capital Markets (Investment Sales) growth strategy in Malaysia. Additional track record and experience in Office Leasing Advisory (Markets) would be an advantage. The successful candidate will be based in Kuala Lumpur to lead the team to focus on the origination and execution of structured transactions/advisory activities in the real estate sector in Malaysia and from time to time regionally and globally. The candidate would preferably have Capital Market and/or Investment Sales background and possess excellent knowledge and connections with existing clients and investors who are relevant to JLL business. He or she must also have an established successful personal deal-closing track record in real estate investment sales and brokerage businesses in Malaysia. The candidate will also need to be highly self-motivated and possess the ability and gravitas to front the Malaysia business to JLL\'s clients and prospects, including driving compliance with Company policies, BOVAEAP regulations and other any applicable laws and regulations. Duties & responsibilities Maintain a visible industry presence and actively seek opportunities to network and present at industry forums in Malaysia. Represent JLL at industry body conferences and events. Provide strategic oversight and direction for capital markets, transaction management and brokerage. Grow the market share in traditional asset classes like Office, Hotels, Retail, Land, newer ones like Logistics & Industrial and Data Centres always with a client and sales-centric focus. Through a strong understanding of client requirements and industry trends, identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth goals in Malaysia, in alignment with the overall business strategy of JLL. Grow revenue streams from adjacent services such as mid-market, debt advisory, alternative sectors, healthcare, aged care, students\' accommodation, etc. Manage marketing, promotions, strategic technology drive and CRM efforts Capital Markets business for current and prospective clients. Grow and retain the existing team and bring new talents to ensure a wider understanding and coverage of the Malaysian investment market is achieved. Actively drive market share growth and profitable revenue generation. Our Ideal Candidate At least 10 years of senior level experience with a proven track record in real estate investment sales businesses in Malaysia. Registered Estate Agent (REA) under BOVAEAP (E license) having practiced for at least 3 years with no prior record with the disciplinary board A strategic thinker and implementor. Dynamic and strong enthusiasm. Strong leadership and organizational abilities. Technology savvy and able to drive the team client facing use of technology Effective communicator excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
