Job Summary:
You would be in charge of Continuous Improvement & Lean Six Sigma implementation in ZALORA\xe2\x80\x99s Regional eFulfilment Center covering inbounding, inventory, outbounding, returns processing, quality and logistics. Scope would include training & developments, establishing managerial systems, overlooking continuous improvement efforts as well as running key large scale projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Organize and lead Operation Excellence team towards lean six sigma training & development efforts in regards to lean transformation & continuous improvement.
• Coach and mentor employees in lean six sigma methodologies (GSTD, DMAIC, Focused Improvement, problem solving tools, Kaizen, 5S, etc.)
• Promote Continuous Improvement & lean six sigma mindset / understanding across the organization.
• Lead efforts to create a sustainable continuous improvement culture at the site
• Works directly with employees, supervisors, and management to implement and maintain process improvement.
• Creates a working environment that promotes positive employee attitudes, effective communications, trust, collaboration, creativity and optimal productivity.
• Work with broad cross-functional teams that include head of departments across projects with very broad scope with the ability to lead and influence discovery discussions.
• QMS co lead \xe2\x80\x93 ensures that the QMS process are established, implemented and maintained. This includes review and planning of internal audits, discussion with process owners and managers as well as to review the processes in person to ensure they are properly maintained.
• Strengthen Quality Management System across the operations team.

Skill Sets Required:

• Attention to detail, excellent communication and presentation skills, basic Excel skills.
• Can understand and interpret the instructions given.
• Have good self discipline and punctuality.
• Having basic knowledge on cycle time and lean approach.
• High interest in doing warehouse improvement based on a lean approach.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering or Management with 3 - 5 years of working experience or related field or equivalent experience in manufacturing/warehouse/operations industry.
• Certified Green/Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. (will be advantage)
• Experience with lean methodologies, tools and concepts.
• High interest in doing warehouse improvement based on a lean approach.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• An excellent team player
• Possess knowledge on ISO 9001:2015 QMS (will be advantage)
• Possess ability to liaise amongst multiple business units and stakeholders, priorities competing interests and enforce deadlines.
