YOUR MISSION

This role will focus primarily on managing operational process supporting PUMA Ecommerce business. This includes inventory management, replenishment strategy, order processing and fulfillment, customer service, information technology and financial operations/payment processing. Task 1: Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services by external partners in areas such as information technology, fulfillment and logistics, call center, and payment processing. Process ecom wholesale deliveries to ensure timely deliveries to wholesale partners. Task 2: Manage 3rd party fulfillment and operation partner(s) Work in close collaboration with PUMA buying, planning, content, marketing and finance teams to achieve the group\xe2\x80\x99s overall ecommerce business and financial goals. Task 3: Optimize business processes to increase operating efficiency and enable increased focus on strategic, value-adding activities. Provide reporting and KPIs. Task 4: Work with customer service team and handle all customer service escalation. Ensure best in class for customer service. Task 5: Fraud management and manage new payment gateway initiatives to increase revenue and opportunities.

YOUR TALENT

Education: Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain/Statistics/Business Professional: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Ecommerce Retail Operations. Marketplaces and Systems handling experience would be a plus. IT Skills: Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). SAP knowledge Language Skills: Fluent in English (Written and Oral), Area Language Bahasa Melayu (Written and Oral) Competencies: Independent; Team-oriented; Attention to detail; Able to work in fast-paced environment; Vendors/Stakeholders Management
Functional Skills: Problem Solving; Logical Reasoning; Creative Thinking
