EXPORT - DG & NON DG . Handle & coordinate nominated office/customer\'s enquiry for export movement . To offer sailing schedule & arrange booking with carrier . Release Booking Confirmation to customer - details are updated correctly . Propose ISOtanks for export shipment base on customer\'s requirements . To coordinate with depot & surveyor to ensure ISOtanks are ready for shipment . Ensure ISOtanks are updated in port system . Prepare BL\'s, invoicing & pre-advice to agent . To provide timely, reliable, and complete update on status of orders to customer/nominated agent . Handling SL1 - SL4 shipments - from booking , documentation to invoicing . Coordinating with depot, haulier & carrier to enquire sufficient & suitable containers for flexi fitting . Ensure correct flexibag is released for booking . Enquire stock is available to cater to customer forecast . To ensure files are updated timely, BL & invoice done timely DG Shipment - Export Laden . DG shipment to prepare docs - CPC & LPK DG & provide to carrier prior shipment departure . Follow-up for CIPL for customs clearance . Coordinate with haulier to ensure ISOtanks gate in timely & K2 cleared . Prepare BL\'s, invoicing & pre-advice to agent . To provide timely, reliable, and complete update on status of orders to customer/nominated agent INVENTORY MANAGEMENT . Update inventory record on ISOtanks availability in Port Klang . Provide weekly report to fleet management on ISOtanks inventory at port Klang . Ensure periodic test done for expired tanks . Damages ISOtanks are repaired prior to export movements . ISOtanks are reserved for upcoming export movements . Provide monthly forecast to Fleet Management to ensure sufficient ISOtanks are available for export movement Job Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree in any field Minimum 2 years experience in logistics industry Excellent problem solving skills Excellent communication skills
