Manage end-to-end payroll processing accurately and on time.
Track employee attendance, calculate overtime, and process staff claims.
2. Data Maintenance
Maintain accurate payroll records.
Update employee data in the HRIS, including attendance, overtime, and leave balances.
3. Statutory Compliance
Liaise with statutory bodies (e.g., KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN) to ensure compliance.
Prepare and submit all relevant statutory documents and contributions accurately and on schedule.
4. Employee Onboarding
Obtain new hire information including personal details, bank and statutory account numbers.
Input data into the HR system accurately.
5. Attendance Monitoring
Monitor and follow up on monthly punch card submissions.
Collaborate with Area Managers to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
6. Staff Movement Coordination
Coordinate with Area Managers regarding staff promotions and confirmations.
7. Document Management
Organize, file, and maintain payroll-related documents such as punch cards, leave forms, employment records, and resignation letters.
8. HR Support Tasks
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department to support HR and payroll operations.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1. Education
: Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience
: Minimum 1 years of experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
1. Knowledge:
Strong understanding of Malaysian payroll regulations, statutory requirements (KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN), and labor laws.
Familiarity with HRIS systems, is a plus.
2. Skills:
High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external statutory bodies.
3. Personal Attributes:
Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
