Job Description

The Executive, Payroll & Foreign Management is responsible for managing the full payroll process and overseeing all matters related to foreign workers, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor and immigration regulations.

Key Responsibilities:



Responsible for the end-to-end payroll process, including data collection, calculations, disbursement of employee salaries, and uploading payslips. Manage exit administration, including resignations, retirements, and terminations, with proper documentation and calculations. Responsible for preparing and submitting various payroll input-related reports as per scheduled timelines. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy. Perform payroll reconciliations promptly to maintain accurate records. Handle inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues from employees, including foreign workers, in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure seamless payroll operations. Manage and track end-to-end of passport renewal and work permit process for foreign workers (levy, FOMEMA, permit, PLKS, etc.). Liaise with relevant government agencies and prepare documentation / reports related to foreign workers to relevant authorities when required. Stay updated on latest government regulations for employment and foreign labor.

Job Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. At least 3 years above of experience in payroll management and foreign management. Candidates must have experience and familiarity with HR2000 / Ipayroll. Proficient in both verbal and written English. Highly organized, meticulous, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
