Job Description

• Coordinate various payroll-related activities for Company payroll processing
• Administration on activities which may include accounting, distributing and preparing payments, benefits, taxes and payroll deductions; calculating overtime, shift payments, bonuses; and maintaining payroll records
• Administration on employees attendance for Company's payroll processing
• Resolve payroll related enquiries from employee
• Prepare monthly payroll statistics data/ reports
• Maintain all payroll related records in various manner as required
• Maintain payroll records in HRIS
• Support to develop/ design/ maintain HRIS

Key Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resources Management/Mathematic or equivalent qualifications with minimum CGPA 3.0 or 2nd class upper.
• Possess Shared Service work exposure would be added advantage.
• Strong in Microsoft Excel and meticulous.
• Possess at least 3 years of experience in payroll.
