• Position: Executive, Payroll Administration.
• Remuneration: RM 3500-4500.
• Work location: Petaling Jaya (5-day week), Selangor.

Chrisjac Recruitment have been assigned to seek a qualified Payroll professional for a large corporate organization, a reputable public listed company based at Petaling Jaya. They are keen to engage a multilingual professional to assume role of Payroll Administrator to be part of their overall corporate HR team.
The working hours: 8.30am-5.30 pm Monday-Friday.
About the role
This position will be reporting to and work closely with the Payroll Administration Manager. The role encompasses all employee levels within the organization. As the Payroll Administrator, your primary duty will be managing the payroll and HR function ,this role will initially focus on payroll administration and reporting and workers compensation.
You will assist the Manager with basic HR administration and managing employee records. Your core responsibility will involve managing the day to day administration of payroll processing and benefits of approximately 300 employees/headcounts using payroll system Kaizen.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with tertiary education qualification in HR Disciplines or Business Administration and have some experience in HR payroll portfolio. In this instant, preferences will be Female candidate in age group 25-35.
Candidates with high volume/head counts payroll experience in previous employment will be a distinct advantage although not a must conditions as training will be provided.
She must possess outstanding communication skills, verbal and written in English and conversant in BM and advantageous if also proficient in Chinese/Mandarin.
To be successful in this role, you must be flexible and able to deal with all levels of people across the business.
