You will :Assist in providing overall administrative and secretarial support to facilitate the efficient operations of the department.Assisting in regular correspondence with stakeholders, as requiredManaging diaries, schedules, and organising meetingsHandle PO/PR for the department, coordinate with the finance team, and ensure payments are made on timeManaging and following up on projects and calendars to facilitate timely deliveryManaging all correspondence and safekeeping of such documentsSupport the Chief of Sustainability with HR-related mattersPrepare travel arrangements for internal or external party as and when requiredAny form of application (eg. airport passes) as required by the teamGenerally performing any other related duties as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to maintain total confidentialityExtremely proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office applicationsPossess knowledge and experience in clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filingAbility to work independently, proactive and reliableFlexible and adaptable in various situations and when interacting with people from different backgrounds and seniorityAbility to organize and prioritize tasksWe are all different - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
