Functional (Job responsibilities)

• Aggressively source and book new loans for the Bank.
• Marketing & selling personal loan/business cash loan/ asb loan & cross sell credit cards & other banks products.
• Responsible to meet monthly targets and minimum standard of performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with current and new customer.
• 
  Organizational (organizational responsibilities)
• Adhering to department process and procedures in complying with audit, regulatory, and compliance.
• Respect the HLB culture & take an active role in the communities.
• Participate and display teamwork in all aspect of work, projects and assignments, Group Management Programs etc. at all times.
• Attend road shows and etc. when required.
• To actively promote Unsecured Personal Loan products.
• Cross selling other banking products, when required.
• Exhibit high professionalism and competency when selling.
• Ensure Bank\xe2\x80\x99s interest is protected at all times.
• Comply with Bank\xe2\x80\x99s policies, guidelines and regulations at all times.
• To maintain and uphold service standards set by the Bank at all times.

• 
  Candidate with at least a Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration/Banking/Finance/Commerce/Marketing or equivalent
• 
  Fresh Graduates/Entry level application who are interested to start their career in sales are encouraged to apply, training will be provided

  Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to deliver results
