Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in any combination of the following: planning, logistics, warehousing, inventory, or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and inventory management tools. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination abilities across functions. Familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes is an added advantage. Proficiency in

Responsibilities:

1. Planning & Production Coordination:

Prepare and maintain production schedules based on customer orders and forecasted demand. Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of work orders. Coordinate with internal departments (production, quality, and engineering) to optimize planning and output.

2. Logistics & Shipping:

Liaise with logistics providers to arrange timely shipments, both domestic and international. Ensure compliance with export documentation, customs requirements, and shipping schedules. Monitor delivery performance and resolve logistics-related issues proactively.

3. Warehouse & Inventory Control:

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock checks and system updates. Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.

4. Procurement:

Source and procure raw materials, components, and services according to production needs. Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure quality, cost, and timely delivery. Prepare purchase orders and maintain proper procurement documentation

Salary & Benefits:

1. Salary between RM4,000 - RM6,000 depending on relevant working experience.
