This role is responsible for planning and coordinating the daily movement of trucks, managing driver assignments, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams, drivers, and clients. The ideal candidate is a team player with a keen interest in stakeholder management and operational efficiency.
Plan and coordinate daily truck movements to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
Driver Management:
Assign drivers to scheduled trips, communicate movement plans, and manage day-to-day driver coordination.
Attendant Assignment:
Allocate attendants to each trip as required to support cargo handling and delivery operations.
Client Liaison:
Communicate with clients to confirm delivery windows and ensure expectations are met.
Cargo Supervision:
When necessary, observe and supervise the loading of cargo to ensure proper handling and compliance with safety standards.
Documentation:
Compile and process delivery orders to support timely and accurate invoicing.

Qualifications & Experience:
Prior experience in fleet planning, logistics coordination, or transport operations is preferred. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
