Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or office support.
  • Good communication and planning skills.
  • Able to work independently and under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics operations for meetings, site visits, and company events.
  • Arrange transportation, equipment delivery, and on-site support.
  • Maintain inventory of logistics materials and supplies.
  • Ensure timely and efficient logistics coordination for internal and external activities.
  • Assist in tracking logistics expenses and documentation.
  • Adhere to the company's health, safety, and security policies during all logistics operations.
