Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain management
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing logistics teams and handling inventory management.
• Knowledge of logistics software and systems.
• Applications must be willing to work in Shah Alam, Seksyen 22, with own transport.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the day-to-day logistics operations, including procurement, warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure seamless movement of goods.
• Monitor and optimize logistics costs to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Supervise and lead a team of logistics personnel, including warehouse workers, drivers, and inventory staff.
• Coordinate transportation schedules and routes for delivery of materials and products.
• Monitor and ensure that delivery times are met and goods are delivered in good condition.
• Negotiate with transport providers to secure the best rates and service agreements.
• Ensure all logistics operations comply with relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols to protect staff and products.
