Sales Executive (logistics / Freight Forwarding)

Job Description

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sales (fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are welcome to apply).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Good attitude, team player, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel when needed.
Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in logistics and freight forwarding.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations to clients.
  • Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth coordination of shipments.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to stay competitive.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and client feedback.
