\xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in handling recurring raw material and major OPEX purchases, budget tracking and monitoring for all three BUs under iKerpan. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support procurement function in sourcing and liaising with vendors, goods receiving, performing three ways matching of DO, invoices and Purchase Orders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist Head, Group Procurement & Internal Process in handling procurement related matters, administrative and other internal process related task assigned. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for administering procurement process for iKerpan including sourcing, Purchase Orders and MIGO process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Consolidation of data, reporting, with regards to procurement from all business units. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist HOD in the preparation and submission of Khazanah Nasional Berhad\xe2\x80\x99s BOD papers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liase with supplier/vendor for all iKerpan matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Registration of new vendor for iKerpan and assist in performance review for new vendor. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all documents related to Procurement activities in iKerpan level to be kept in the designated filing area. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage store and assist in admin and office matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist finance in LC matters, prepared payment voucher for project payment, and others. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in operational purchasing needs i.e. planning and follow-up on delivery schedules. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performs other duties as assigned by Management.
