Major responsiblilty is to do Yearly Production Planning & feed projection forecast. Responsible for feed ordering & planning for delivery date. Establish and monitor overall production performance & operating budget and ensuring that the production process is cost effective and there are no wastages. Compile all Production data & key in into SAP system & come out analysis report. 1. To prepare production planning & preparation yearly budget , planning & setting goal. 2. To manage and monitor production scheduling to meet plant objective and customer delivery. 3. Monitoring feed delivery, inventory & production usage and assessment of the operations processes in order to fulfill production requirement. 4. To plan, create and manage purchase requisition for feed ordering & also compile production data in SAP or other data management system. 5. Prepare daily, weekly , monthly and yearly production report and other production analysis report. 6. Setting up and implementation of an operation monitoring system and reporting to the Farm Operation Manager 7. Perform others tasks tasks related to grow out operation as and when required by direct superior or Farm Manager. Key Deliverables/Output 1. Develop and maintain planning & control records; supervise the maintenance of such files & records. 2. Provide comprehensive and proactive support for team with a high level professionalism & confidentiality. 3. Develop a system for Production Planning/Grow Out Monitoring/Centralize Order system & Cost Management & Monitoring system for Farm Operation.
