Provide direction and leadership across Supply Chain, Planning/Scheduling, Estimating, Cost Control, Document Control and Project Administration functions.
Source components for testing and development / design validation process.
Develop, direct, and implement project plans, programs and directives for Project Services Group.
Ensure balance and consistency of management initiatives in the department, with respect to objectives, training & development, capabilities, activities, salaries, succession plans, policies, procedures, forms, and tools (software and systems).
Plan and monitor project work as well as staffing levels to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of deliverables to the business units and clients in a professional and timely manner
Implement policies and procedures to meet professional, legislative and company standards.
Qualification:
Degree in Engineering - Chemical / Mechanical / Mechatronics.
Requirement:
Minimum 2 years working experience in project management and delivery, chemical products management, technology products deployment and technical support.
