Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct inspections on the property and common areas to identify defects prior to Vacant Possession (VP).
- Oversee and monitor the performance/ progress of site staff, service providers, and contractors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve site issues effectively and efficiently.
- Assist in resolving owners\' problems and other property maintenance related matters.
- Handle complaints related to defects and ensure maintenance and rectification works are done timely and in compliance with ISO requirements.
- Prepare relevant reports as and when needed.
- Possess a Diploma in Facility Management or a related discipline.
- Possess knowledge in building, mechanical, and electrical works.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Technical certification would be an added advantage.
- Able to work on weekends.
