Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
To assist in the registration of sub-contractors, vendors and suppliers in accordance with their discipline upon receiving their company profile. To assist source of new contractors for competitive tender. To assist in the preparation of documents for submission of quotations / tenders by sub-contractors based on approved construction drawings and specifications. To assist in the clarification sessions with sub-contractors for quotations / tenders receive. To assist in the appointment of sub-contractors (LOA). To assist in the preparation of interim payment certificate and verifications of claims submitted by subcontractors / Vendors. To assist on Joint & final measurement work To carry out quantity take activities. Etc.
Job requirements:
Team worker with good interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Mathematical skills. At least a diploma in Quantity Surveying/degree in quantity surveying/civil engineering/building services Willing to work in Seri Manjung Perak.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
