Responsibilities :
To prepare and analyse costings for tender
To review construction plans and preparing quantity requirements
To attend Site Evaluation / Tender Interview / Site Meeting / Progress Meeting
To prepare Monthly Progress Claim within the time stipulated for each project.
To take off quantities and prepare Project Budget, where necessary to obtain input from the Project Team or relevant person-in charge.
Able to provide advice on Contractual Matters
Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals
To observe and follow up ISO Procedure in relation to all Quantity Surveying matters
To keep proper records to ease retrieval
Any other duties / tasks as instructed by the Management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
