Job Description

Responsibilities:
Identify and source profitable sites for the opening of 7-Eleven stores in line with the Company's store growth targets.
Conduct site surveys and evaluations, complete and submit site proposals for management consideration.
Arrange and coordinate site inspections and procure the requisite tenancy documentation from landlords.
Liaise with landlords to facilitate the execution of tenancy agreements and the taking of vacant possession.
Engage with landlords, agents, or leasing personnel for both managed and non-managed properties.
Identify and clearly articulate the rationale for proposed locations within designated areas, substantiated through qualitative and comparative assessments conducted with utmost professionalism and transparency.
Perform other short-term project-based tasks as assigned by the department leadership.
To perform any other work as and when required.
Requirements:
Candidates preferably have at least three (3) years of working experience in the fields of real estate, retail business development, marketing, public relations, or economics.
Candidates with experience in real estate agency or valuation, particularly involving commercial properties such as shop offices, are preferred.
Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any discipline.
Disciplined, results-oriented, professional, and able to work with minimum supervision, reporting and updating head office as predetermined by leadership.
Computer literate and reasonably well versed in Microsoft Office, i.e., Excel and Word.
Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently as well as collaborate with a diverse spectrum of people, both internally and externally.
Good understanding and command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of legal and professional contexts will be an added advantage.
Possess own transport and able to comply with a periodic schedule of travel/visits within the designated area of coverage.
