• 2-3 years in Risk Management or relevant.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as risk management. business, engineering, or other relevant studies.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to assess and interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex risk-related information to various stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment.
• A high level of attention to detail is crucial for accurately assessing and documenting risks.
• The ability to adapt to changes in the business environment and adjust risk management strategies accordingly.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address potential risks and issues proactively.
• Familiarity with relevant software tools and technologies used in risk management and data analysis.

• Assist in the identification and evaluation of potential risks within the organization.
• Contribute to risk assessments by analyzing data, trends, and key risk indicators.
• Collaborate with senior risk personnel / team to develop risk assessment methodologies.
• Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and potential areas of risk.
• Utilize statistical and quantitative analysis to assess and quantify risks.
• Support the development of risk models and tools.
• Maintain documentation related to risk management processes and procedures.
• Update / prepare reports and presentations summarizing risk assessments and findings.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Assist in ensuring that the organization complies with relevant laws and regulations.
• Support the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
• Work / follow up with other departments to update / implement risk control measures.
• To attend / organize weekly/monthly coordination meetings and/or whenever required internally / externally.
• Communicate risk assessment results and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to raise awareness of potential risks and promote a risk-aware culture.
• Monitor changes in the risk environment and update risk assessments accordingly.
• Generate regular reports on risk exposure, mitigation efforts, and key risk metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and legal, to gather information and assess risks.
• Work closely with senior risk personnel / team to understand and implement risk management strategies.
• Stay informed about industry's best practices in risk management.
• Participate in training programs and professional development opportunities.
• Utilize risk management software and tools to streamline processes.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of risk management systems.
• The candidate shall carry out any other duties that are assigned apart from the above whenever instructed / required by the Superior.

• Salary Range: RM 4000 - RM 4500
