Provide administrative support on overall after sales documentation, status of loan application, co-ordination on signing of Sales & Purchase Agreement & Deed of Mutual Covenant.
Complete all sales related documents required to complete the sales process e.g. sales form, letter of offer, letter of part payment, water & electricity forms and other relevant letters and then forward the same to HQ.
Focus on purchaser's SPA signing dates, loan application status and operational matters within the sales environment and ensure delivery of functional services.
Participate in official launch events on weekends as and when required

Able to work and based at IOI Industri, Sepang
