OUR CLIENT is expanding the team, in THE CLIENT ways.
This Creative Artworker (CA) role will be involved in the production of various client global campaigns, collateral, and the adaptation of brand assets across all media. Add to that, help to actively implement & optimize a new operating model that will help you, your team and all our clients to achieve quality and fast turnaround deliver enabled by utilizing a global dedicated team seamlessly.
A perfectionist’s eye for detail is crucial. The CA will action briefs, work alongside internal teams to deliver projects through to completion on time. This role is required to execute projects of all sizes and deliver to a high standard of creative excellence, consistency, and skill.
Reporting to the Studio Manager & the Integrated Project Manager, the CA is required to communicate on the status, risks, and challenges of all their project deliverables.

WHAT IS REQUIRED:
Minimum 50 Mbps fibre connection required for remote server connectivity.
Be part of a new (regional) team that is being built from the ground-up
Be an operational enthusiast and apply the CLIENT processes, tools, and best practices
Work on projects from start to finish — working collaboratively across teams on execution. 
Other low/mid complexity executions as may be required
Demonstrate creative flair sympathetic to brand in the absence of dedicated brand guidelines
Creating artwork for on and offline communications, including POS, brochures, leaflets, ads, emails, web banners, large format etc.
Able to artwork approved designs and creative such as key visuals and packaging designs.
Proactively monitor artwork quality, accuracy, and consistency
Effectively manage workloads within agreed timelines
Creating pack mock-ups and web optimised files.
Occasional retouching
Ensuring that server naming and archiving conventions are adhered to
Continuously assessing working methods and processes and making recommendations for
improvement
Collaborate with the Integrated Project Manager and Studio Manager
Do pre-production flight checks of supplied project assets
When necessary, provide estimated hours to IPM for deliverable execution
Develop and maintain a good relationship with your colleagues & teams
Accurately manage and capture time logs in OMG.
Identify and help mitigate any potential deliverable blockers
Use masters to create adaptations in different sizes and formats in large quantities
Localize content into different languages from master
Being a team player, stepping-up and taking ownership
Impact beyond the assignment
Comfortable in a fast-moving and entrepreneurial environment
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written communications; bi-lingual is advantageous
Able to provide alternative solutions or suggestions on brief execution that may produce better results.
Being tech savvy, can grasp and learn new tech is crucial.
Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience working across multiple channels
Good at taking direction and feedback
Excellent artworking skills (layout, creativity, attention to detail and methodical)
Ability to work at pace without compromising accuracy and consistency of artwork quality
Excellent time management skills
Accurate and consistent completion of timesheets
PPT experience nice but not essential
Able to work both independently, and collaboratively within a team
Have a very strong eye for detail, while creating high volumes of adaptations
Ability to accurately prepare files for various platforms and run the relevant pre-production
checks
