Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, secretarial studies or a related field
Minimum 1 year experience in secretarial position. Fresh graduates also encouraged to apply
Excellent command in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate (written and spoken)
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
Able to multitask and good time management skill
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Participate in research related to poverty issues within the social and political context in Sarawak.
Assist in the planning, coordination, and organization of community and awareness campaigns.
Prepare presentation materials, slides, and supporting documents for meetings or events.
Attend workshops, discussions, and meetings at the Sarawak Ministry office, including taking and preparing minutes of meetings.
Conduct interviews and data collection activities with local communities to assess economic performance.
