JOB PURPOSE

:

The

Executive, Security

assist the Security Manager in overseeing daily security operations to ensure the protection of personnel, property, and company assets. Support in planning, implementing, and enforcing security policies, procedures, and systems.Supervises shift leaders and ensures procedures are followed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Support

Assist in managing day-to-day security operations, including guard deployment, patrol scheduling, and control room monitoring.

Supervise security officers and ensure compliance with company security protocols.

Oversee access control, visitor management, and CCTV monitoring.

Incident Management

Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.

Assist in conducting investigations and preparing incident reports.

Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

Training & Supervision

Assist in training security personnel on security awareness, emergency response, and operational procedures.

Provide guidance and performance feedback to the security team.

Compliance & Reporting

Support the Security Manager in ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports for security activities.

Assist in regular audits and inspections of security systems and processes.

Risk & Safety

Identify security risks and suggest preventive measures.

Support in implementing emergency preparedness plans.

KEY COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS:

Diploma or bachelor's degree in security management, Criminal Justice, or related field (preferred).

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in security operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Good knowledge of security systems, surveillance, and access control.

Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Experience in law enforcement, military, or similar security background is an advantage.

Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and safety practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
