Job Description

Support the evaluation and development of new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Assist in managing strategic initiatives that improve business performance and efficiency. Conduct market, competitor, and business performance analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Evaluate initiative outcomes, measure effectiveness, and identify areas for improvements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects. Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals that provide clear insights to support management decision-making. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in business development, strategy, or project management (retail or consumer-facing industry is a plus). Analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate data into actionable business insights. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with stakeholders at different levels. Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable; able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Self-driven with the ability to work independently. Willingness to travel as required. Posses own transport and willing to work in office based in Bukit Jelutong

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
