Requirements
Education:
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
3-5 years in leasing, real estate, or business development, preferably within F&B, retail, or hospitality industries.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Commercial acumen and understanding of rental and property agreements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Ability to analyze market trends, location viability, and financial performance.
Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel for site inspections and meetings.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Site Acquisition
Identify, evaluate, and secure potential retail locations for new F&B outlets.
Conduct market research, site surveys, and competitor analysis to support strategic location decisions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property developers, and real estate agents.
Negotiate lease terms and agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for the company.
Business Development & Strategy
Support the expansion strategy by providing insights into market trends and customer demographics.
Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Legal) to assess feasibility and profitability of new locations.
Assist in planning outlet openings, relocations, and closures based on business performance and market potential.
Contract & Compliance Management
Prepare, review, and manage lease contracts, renewals, and amendments in coordination with the legal team.
Ensure all leasing activities comply with company policies, regulations, and contractual obligations.
Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, approvals, and site documentation.
Reporting & Analysis
Provide regular reports on leasing activities, pipeline of potential sites, and business development progress to management.
Analyze financial metrics, rental costs, and projected ROI for proposed locations.
Recommend strategies to optimize site performance and profitability.
