To provide comprehensive and confidential support to the President's Office, ensuring efficient coordination, communication, and execution of directives to achieve business objectives and support leadership initiatives.
2. Key Responsibilities
Liaise with senior management and coordinate cross-department activities.
Execute and follow up on instructions from the President to senior management, including project-based and ongoing tasks.
Summarize and present reports to reduce review time for the President.
Plan and organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
Conduct research and provide information on products and business-related materials.
Assist with personal assignments and errands as delegated by the President.
Ensure meetings are efficiently scheduled, organized and attended on time.
Attend and take detailed minutes of meetings and ensure timely circulation.
Handle administrative, operational, and financial tasks assigned.
Accompany the President to local, outstation, or overseas events and meetings as required.
Willingness to work beyond normal office hours when necessary.
Perform any other ad-hoc assignments directed by the President.
3. Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in: Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Aeronautical, Computer Hardware, or related fields.
Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (ability to read and write in Mandarin is an added advantage).
1-3 years of related working experience, preferably as a Personal Assistant supporting Top Management.
Highly adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently with strong initiative.
Strong teamwork mindset and willingness to support leadership needs.
