Client Background: Corporate Finance Advisory Location: KL Tenure: Permanent role Salary : Basic Salary Duties and Responsibilities: . Monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of the factored invoice and disbursement or refund according to the facilities\' agreement . Verification of customer collections and credit exposures, supervising the daily collections of factored receivables and managing client balances for factoring facilities. . To monitor pre-disbursement conditions to ensure compliance with approved terms, including verification of invoices with contact awarder and verification with suppliers before disbursement is made . To monitor within collections receivable ageing to facilitate follow up actions to be undertaken by operations and sales department in preventing overdue payments by paymaster . Monitoring and updating data/information on clients and ensuring proper capturing in the relevant systems during onboarding, disbursements, and repayments . To coordinate the necessary Statement of accounts for all clients with regards to clients\' outstanding owing and balance limit available . To participate and drive the future initiatives and operational changes with the team to maintain a high performing culture . Any other ad-hoc assignments or tasks as may be assigned by the management. Job Requirements: Possess Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economic and/ or relates professional qualifications. Basic knowledge in the field of financial markets and accountancy. Awareness in financial services industry such as Factoring or Insurance business will be an added advantage. At least 2 years work experience in the related field. High level of Excel proficiency. Intermediate knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products). A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. Ability to work in multiple accounting software applications. Good command of spoken and write English and Bahasa Melayu. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill.
