Job Description
Prepare shipping documents inbound/out bound shipments and Customs documentations
.
Responsible to process daily orders and export of bulk shipment via air freight and sea freight. Ensure daily sales orders are being processed and proof of delivery collected. Liaise with freight forwarders and haulers on vessel space booking, Customs clearance, and transport arrangement for import/export shipment. Follow up on the status of shipment and work closely with inter departments in Order Fulfilment process.
Order fulfilment monitoring from outsourced 3PL warehouses. Responsible to prepare weekly, monthly report and KPIs reports. Perform data entry and updates in WMS / SAP where applicable. Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
Schedule large shipments and plan logistics to ensure that there is sufficient storage space for incoming items and staff on hand to manage the shipments. Trouble shoots shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and work to solve them.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 36 months
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
