Job Description

• Communicate with department heads and management on company future direction and plan.
• Prepare forecasts about budget needs for future accounting periods.
• Design and prepare budget-models for each departments.
• Make sure company\'s departments meet their budget submission deadlines.
• Review and assess reasonableness of department\'s budget.
• Liaise and communicate with each department heads if revision required.
• Compare and analyse the difference between budgeted financial information with the forecast and actual in detail.
• Prepare all reporting required such as Profit & Loss Account, Cost Sheet with different analysis, Balance Sheet, cash flow, headcount & capital expenditure plan.
• Present yearly budget comparison to company\'s management.
• Tracking of budget versus actual result and ensure no exceed of budget in monthly basis.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent with minimum CGPA 3.0 or second class upper or Professional Accountancy Qualification.
• Candidate must have at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Possess strong communication skills, time management and sense of urgency.
