:

s: * Execute and monitor Operational Excellence of the organization / plant / unit, perform situational assessment, drive performance gap & audit closure, facilitate change & transformation initiatives, coordinate & facilitate approved capability development programs while striving for continuous improvement to deliver sustainable operations & enhanced organizational effectiveness.

• Execute change management strategies such as culture management, business process improvements, from diagnostics to implementation of interventions and monitoring of results
• Identify critical areas for improvement and propose interventions to address operational excellence performance issues
• Implement all value creation improvement opportunities using appropriate methodologies (BPM, OPI, LSS, Design Thinking, etc.) to effect overall process optimization / simplification and organizational effectiveness.
• Coordinate and facilitate Capability Management and Continuous Improvement methodologies e.g. P-ICE, ADKAR, Culture management tools, Business Process Management (BPM), Design Thinking, Agile, OPI, LSS, etc. for delivering effective value improvement projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting/Business/ Finance/Economics with accounting module/ advanced diploma

• CGPA: 3.0 or WAM: 70% or 5/7 or 5/9 or B or 2:1 (2nd Class Upper).

• Professional qualification such as ACCA, ICAEW, MICPA or equivalent is an added advantage.

Requirement:

• 4 -7 years of working experience in finance and / or accounting related field, preferably in oil and gas industry.
